We like servers, you like playing!

Updates? Handled. Your server gets the newest updates after a short backup to ensure your world stays healthy.
Backups you can actually restore. Automatic backups, and a restore button that works. Try it before you ever need it.
Something broke? Ping us. You talk to someone who plays these games, not a ticket queue.

What we won't do

  • Delete a turned-off server. It stays as long as your account does, and keeping it off costs you nothing.
  • Surprise-bill you. Prices include VAT, nothing hidden.
  • Hold your world hostage when credit runs out. Download anytime.
  • Lock in your data. Full world export, self-serve. If Rakki ever shuts down, you get 3 months' notice to take everything with you.
Why we can keep your turned-off server saved

A typical world save is around 100 MB. Storage costs us about €3 per terabyte per month, so keeping your turned-off server costs us about €0.0003 a month. Even a big modded world of a few GB costs us cents per year. That's why your world stays as long as your account does.

Questions about prepaid

What happens when your balance hits zero?

Your server gets turned off. It is not deleted. You have to top up your balance again, and you can download it at any point even without having a balance.

Can we split the cost?

Yes. Anyone in the group can top up the shared balance. It is built for groups.

Can I download my world?

Yes, anytime, no support ticket needed. Your world stays as long as your account does. Close your account and we delete it, after you’ve downloaded it. If Rakki ever shuts down, you get 3 months’ notice to take everything with you.

Is there auto-top-up?

Only if you turn it on. You can pause it anytime.

Your world starts here.
